Each system monitors up to 12 different environmental and equipment status conditions. Housed in a NEMA-4X enclosure, the Sentinel unit is protected from dust, dirt and moisture both indoors and out.
The Sentinel system also functions as a data acquisition device and logger, capable of storing an unlimited amount of sensor data. Users can easily view, graph, print and export this information. These data management features streamline the process of reporting on operating conditions and help identify trends that could signal potential equipment issues, saving personnel significant time and effort.
The Sentinel system maintains continuous communication with the Sensaphone cloud to ensure that it is online and functioning. If this connection is disrupted, the system immediately triggers an alert to indicate the loss of internet connectivity or a cellular communication issue. Users are promptly informed of the disruption via phone call, text message or email.
