You're on your way to getting your Sensaphone subcription started.
Before you begin, there's a few things we'd like you to know:
Logging In
• This website and registration process is separate from where you go to program your Sensaphone, see it's data, alarms, etc.
• You'll need to create a new login with an email and password for the subscription registration website.
• Log in to manage your subscriptions at www.sensaphone.com/enrollment
Log in to program your Sensaphone, view data, set alarm parameters, etc at www.sensaphone.net
Tax Exemptions
• If your company is tax exempt, you'll need to provide a tax exemption certificate number on the dashboard to be eligible for tax exemption status.
Billing
• All subscriptions registered online will be billed on the 15th of the month.
• Sensaphone is offering up to 30 days of free service for using to the online portal to move your billing date to the 15th of the month.
• For new subscriptions this covers the time between the day your subscription is registered and when your subscription is renewed for the first time on the 15th of the month.
• For currently active subscriptions that are being renewed, the free service includes the time between when your current term expires and the 15th of the month.
All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their term on the 15th of the month and will be charged the current subscription rate.
