The Outdoor Weatherproof Temperature Sensor can be used with most Sensaphone models to measure the ambient air temperature without the effects of being in direct sunlight. When the temperature falls outside of the Sensaphone’s programmed high or low limit, the user will receive an alarm which displays or reads the current temperature. The temperature sensor is mounted inside a ventilated, treated weather–resistant PVC shield to minimize radiant energy effects and mounted on a weatherproof outlet box for easy installation. The sensor connects to the Sensaphone with the included 8’ of wire and can be extended using optional accessory wire.
